For me interacting with people on twitter gives me idea about what people might be interested in
If you are in college/School you can write about what you are learning there.
Lastly, i often visit the RFAs(request for ideas) section on hashnode itself. There are tons of ideas which other people want to read about & put out there. This can help a lot as well
