An interesting topic. Programming is now quite a popular topic for career advancement. However, I know that now you don't have to be a coder to create websites. It is enough to know the design and be able to use popular constructors such as wix. At least here I saw that good designers can create good wix sites in editor x. However, I agree with you that if you want to create something more interesting and serious, you just need experienced developers.
