The blind spot between a Webflow form, an Office 365 inbox and Dynamics is a very common setup, and naming it that way makes the fix easy to explain to a client. One thing worth adding to the flow: a duplicate check on email before the CRM record is created, otherwise a prospect who fills the form twice shows up as two leads and two reps might reply.
