Try moving away from Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and especially Whatsapp. You'll realise that now you have even more time for your family, friends and goals. Start streaks on Udemy, read Dev.To, read Hacker news, buy an old Kindle and start reading a book. Listen to tech podcasts on Spotify. A temporary detox routine won't help, and it will pull you back to instagram some day. You need to replace it with healthy habits 🙂 Look forward into digital minimalism.
