Hi Matyi Kukta, Yes you can have a setup to open a custom link when an incoming call is coming.

While client parameters behaviour allows sending only 2 parameters (namely %CallerNumber% %CallerDisplayName% ) through External Applications; I am looking for solution to append 4 parameters in Web URL (other 2 parameters being Number where call is recieved and extension number).

In case you have any blog referring to this approach, or can share reference material to achieve needful, will be a great help.

Hi Richard Patrick be faster to email me at fzanyajibs@ gmail.com The TCX namespace is not found because you need to add it to the output directory. The required files can be found here: ○ Windows: “C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Bin” ○ Linux: “/var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Bin/”
