I think listening to intellective podcasts helps. Eg. Academy of Ideas (this will also depend on your attention span). 😂 I normally have to go back and listen to the whole podcast again but when I'm listening to podcasts like that, I zone out and start relating to my own life and get in some sort of trance (nothing superstitious) where all these genius thoughts,plans, motivations and ideas start to flow. But again the moment I stop hearing the voice from the podcast. POOF! Back to Reality!
