Although this is a great article, LangOps just seems to be an over specialization and trying to be hyped up... like when a weather man tries to up the previous year by calling a snow storm a "bomb cyclone". This is good and great for large companies with the need to lots of teams. From a small to a company with up to 250 employees, a whole team for this seems overkill. Localization of the application is needed, but making this into a specialized position only works for big companies. You can outsource a lot of this to individuals and be effective.
