I noticed that over-consuming carbs can make me feel sleepy, so I slightly reduce them at breakfast and lunchtime when I know that I will be working. Snacking on fruits (preferably fresh whole fruits) and nuts can help with managing energy. Also, getting enough sleep (I aim for about 8 hours of sleep every night) is crucial. I struggle with following meetings if I don't sleep properly! 😆
