This is a good fit for a small business that does not want another monthly CRM bill. A reply within minutes is often the difference between a real conversation and a lead that has already moved on, and one polite follow-up at 48 hours is the right limit — more than that starts to feel like chasing.

The formula-injection fix is the detail I would not have thought of, and it shows why posting the code in the open helps. The next step I would want most is the ping when a lead replies. A warm reply sitting unnoticed in a sheet is just as costly as a slow first reply.
