Hi Cezar Rosaneli, you can use this to enable the sticky toolbar:

function(options){
    options.editorOptions.toolbar_sticky = true;
    options.editorOptions.toolbar_sticky_offset = 100;
    return options;
};

You will have to find the correct offset for your page
