Under the time constraints, in the beginning during discovery and in the middle during first prototype testing, the marketer and designer are doing user research -- showing the product to real users and translating their feedback into a backlog / roadmap with the engineers.
Is the main goal of having an artist on your team is that the project idea will just be cooler overall?
