a) I have few question on the requirements part, at times it's difficult to explain the business about the functional requirements need and the details required to be documented! What is the right approach here?
b) about creating flow chart for the solution, Or creating presentation..... Would like to know freely available tool to create the flowchart or presentation with updated technology icons etc. Example like draw.io
