the wall staring thing is real. day 36 off cigarettes after 12y of smoking and the biggest change is what i do with the gaps. used to step out for a smoke 5-6 times a day. now i just sit there. first week it felt empty and anxious. now its the only time my brain actually processes stuff. scrolling wouldve killed that completely.
