Honest answer on the corpus: it doesn't exist yet — the paper is a proposal with a 3-phase protocol; the 50-script annotated corpus gets built in Phase 1 and ABX testing runs in Phase 2. But yes, the plan is to release it openly (CC BY) alongside the ABX results so others can replicate and extend to Hindi-English and beyond.
