The "make it mutual, or it's just a helpline" line is a good test for who your Arun actually is. Did you have that agreement with him before the night production broke, or did it only get said out loud afterwards?
It was there before, just never said out loud.
We'd both picked up for each other plenty of times. Nobody called it an agreement. It was just how we worked.
The outage night didn't create it. It just made me realise it was worth writing down.
