I'd like to add CodeTogether to this list. It enables live share between VSCode, IntelliJ, Eclipse, and IDEs based on those (not just IDEs from M$).
It's like Google Docs for coding but between all of your IDEs so no one has to be forced to use an IDE that isn't their favorite.
