The prediction around autonomous document routing is the one I find most credible in the near term. Once the classification layer is reliable enough, the handoff decision logic that currently requires human review can be delegated confidently to an agent. Teams building this at scale need document governance structures in place before the automation layer is deployed or the edge cases become expensive. This aligns closely with what we have been building toward at Dokmee.
