People lost most of their creativity right after passing 2nd grade!

Absolutely true! All we learn after 2nd grade is to 'rot' learn which is detrimental to our creativity. Just because a type of system has been in use from the industrial age doesn't mean we have to follow them. Adding creativity into the curriculum and not as a side-something would actually enable us to be creative.

Shaurya Agrawal I think that the teachers are reluctant to try new things as they will be held accountable for them if in case something goes wrong. The system should be such that teachers aren't afraid to try new things.

Yash Raj Well the private school system is controlled one ministry aka ADEC. Whatever rules they apply must be followed by every school, meaning that schools can't do much without getting permission from them. If we want kids to be more productive, the system should allow us to be more free but with certain limitations.

My history teacher once mockingly asked me and my class that surely we guys couldn't be much busier than the President of the US right? Well, it sure is an interesting topic to research about.

Definitely, especially considering that such leaders and celebrities often have PAs and other people handling a share of their work!

Yep, well as they say, people might evolve but the work load they have won't change, it is the context and the extra responsibilities which will.
