jQuery is still used by a lot of people, and also useful in handling legacy code. jQuery is also easy, one can learn it in 3 to 4 days so learning jQuery isn't a problem at all (But I've also mentioned jQuery as optional to learn)
For the AngularJS, you are partially true... Earlier, I also thought that AngularJS is dying, but after doing some research and exploring AngularJS, I got to know that it is still used by a large number of companies (and even hackathons) in India and still has a good community support in 2022. You can easily find many instagram pages which regularly post content about AngularJS. I've also mentioned in this article that AngularJS is not beginner friendly, but if you already know ReactJS and NextJS, there is no harm in exploring AngularJS, it is honestly a mature framework and will teach you a lot separating business and UI logic in web apps (But yes, there are chances that AngularJS may get replaced by something better, but AngularJS still has a good scope, at least for a year or two)
For your last point, honestly I also wanted to mention .NET, KTOR, Rust, VueJS, TailwindCSS and other technologies, but if I did that, the article would have become really long (Already it is nearly 5000 words) so I thought of excluding them 😅
