If you are planning to develop a web app or even native apps, you can learn Javascript. You can use React Native to achieve that and many new startups are using it.
Now, PHP is definitely a language you should avoid. There, I said it. If you are planning to use it to build a web app from scratch, just don't. Don't get into the waters that require that technology. Personally, I always find hard to believe that it is still hanging there on the 'top lists of languages to learn'. It should be declared as a historic language. We cannot forget it, but we must leave it behind.
Java changed some licensing properties and we are yet to see how will that turn out for the Oracle and the future startups. Basically, Java is the main money resource for Oracle and they started 'pushing the limit' with that new decision. Java IS a rich language with a great community behind it, so yea, that one should stay on the list.
C++. Oh, my youth. My first language, my dearest one. Clears the mind, and resumes to type with facts Unity became the synonym for game design/development for many reasons and C# dominates in that field. Yeah, if you are into game design and you find a way to express yourself with creating video games, C# is a way to go. Desktop apps, kernels, drivers? C++ all the way. The only way.
Python, should you learn it? You already know it.

Well, you may consider me as a noob in web development, but PHP is object-oriented, functional, dynamic, fast language (at least faster than Python). What else do you need for a RAPID web development ? This is the PHP philosophy.
