Karan clarified that people won't be getting SAR in these Royalty deals. Since it's in beta mode they just used old/existing builds. Except that part you've explained your views well.
Thank you Prudhvi Ram for clarifying, wasn't aware of that. But I find it very irresponsible to display investment terms like this which may mislead investors. If you are collecting money, your info has to be accurate regardless of the stage that product is in.
