I'm not sure if you meant this statement

We are failing our internal customers a.k.a. our users.

Shouldn't it be external customers ?

Hi Jome,

External customers are the people outside of our company that purchase services from us. Oftentimes,our users are people who work in the same company,so they would be considered internal customers. I would say it depends on who you are providing services to.
