If you're deciding between the three, I'd base it on what's actually costing you time. A simple website (even a one-pager with WhatsApp or a call button, plus a Google Business Profile) is enough while your goal is just being found and trusted. Move to a custom app when one manual process, like taking orders by phone, chasing payments or tracking stock in a spreadsheet, eats several hours every week. Ready-made software (billing, inventory, CRM) is usually the cheapest middle step: try it for a month before commissioning anything custom. Before you build, write down the three most repeated tasks and how long each takes. If you can't name one, you don't need custom software yet. When you do build, start with just that single workflow, launch it to a few staff, and expand only after they actually use it.
