Thanks for the summary, I strongly agree with the approach, many solutions are being proposed and there's still a lot of ways to make it happen. I'm wondering how the emailing service can be secure if that's managed by a central entity, I'm looking for best solution to on-board with email but there still depends of a SMTP server that can get a log of the messages and can be a potential point of failure.
