Sure Santosh, I understand that finding projects can be overwhelming at first look. For that, I would suggest joining a few communities about development and open source and you can take help from them and get a few projects while building new connections.

You can search on GitHub with the technologies you know i.e. Python, HTML/CSS and with tag: good first issues, then look into the repository you like, have a look at their codebase read the Readme file. And if you are interested in it you can contribute to it.
