I like this type of questions. It feels like those tycoon games where you have unlimited money and time to develop your company or park or whatever the tycoon is about. Since you said that we could have unlimited time and money then. I would build something that transforms thoughts into code directly. Like nowadays the technology has become able to decode the signals that come from the brain. I would create a technology that first stores brain signals in a sequence. And then Build a interface that could decode the brain signals into better readable code line by line. Then build a custom compiler to compile the code to whatever language we want it in. All the developers need to do is to think about the solution and it would automatically transform into code. Also I would build other tools that can be used with only our brain signals. I feel we need that kind of tools to makes things easy.
