This is a great explanation of why simply giving an AI a larger context window doesn’t automatically make it better at remembering what actually matters. The point about information being present but not necessarily being attended to is especially interesting there’s a big difference between having data available and being able to retrieve the right piece of it at the right time.

That same distinction becomes really important when AI is being used for search and business discovery. Having business information somewhere online isn’t enough if AI systems can’t reliably find, understand, and connect it.
