"A successfully loaded page does not necessarily mean every platform dependency is ready" is a good line for any Shopify app, not just bundles. Checking for the Cart Transform on dashboard open and trying to create it saves merchants from finding out at checkout. Curious what the merchant sees when the create call fails because write_cart_transforms wasn't granted.
