one thing to watch out for, if you only add the scroll and wait to the post consent capture, you'll end up flagging stuff as consent gated when it's actually just lazy loaded and would have fired either way. both passes need the exact same instrumentation or the diff is basically lying to you. also scrolling wont help with headless detection, some anti fraud and viewability scripts just quietly suppress themselves under headless chromium and you need headed mode with something like xvfb plus webdriver evasion to catch that. and networkidle can flat out never fire on pages with websockets or long polling so for SPAs with persistent connections you're better off waiting for a specific element instead
