If you want to go for engaging and lightweight mobile app, just go for Vue but if you want more on heavy code and structure, go for Angular. For my part, I only used angular + nativescript and and I really don't have any knowledge about Vue though so i can't say if Vue is greater than angular or angular is better than Vue. Both of them are great in their own ways.

Try Nativescript https://www.nativescript.org/ if you know angular or vue or typescript. But in your poll, flutter is a good bet.
