This is a big project and we rapidly developed it as the Hackathon deadline was approaching, there are a lot of room for improvements. In fact, the project is still in very early stages if we are thinking production-wise. And no, you cannot host backend in Netlify. The React app is hosted there. Backend is hosted in Heroku
