All I want to know is how these models are helping the enterprises... because from where I am seeing it from, the adoption in enterprise is still in phases and there is a huge deployment gap. The use cases enterprises are building (or trying to build) can currently be done easily with the previous-generation models.

Yes, I agree. Swapping models is not plug-and-play. But the important thing is that the harness provides a abstraction layer and hides the model from end-users.

But the real question is: should you give an AI agent permission to modify your financial records? For most situations, the answer should be a big NO. AI agents are excellent at reading data, summarising financial records, uncovering insights, and even recommending what changes should be made. However, granting them write access to your financial data is a different matter altogether. Financial records are a system of record, and any modification should remain under human control or follow a tightly governed approval workflow, not be performed autonomously by an AI agent.

CMDB has to be one of the few most under-estimated systems in enterprises. Many people think that having a ServiceNow CMDB in their org is enough. But they don't understand the complexities involve around maintaing a healthy CMDB records.

Totally Agree. Blindly using the most hyped model for your workflow will only cause problems in your routine tasks and will unnecessarily increase your costs.
