Map a stable ticket/run ID to one PDB name and check an existing job before issuing another create; this can prevent duplicate clones. Thanks for linking the line-coverage write-up. It clarifies how you map tests to skill spans and use mutation to check coverage. For the denominator, would you count only tasks where the trigger conditions apply, then measure eligible-task misses separately from correct skips? That would keep irrelevant tasks from looking like retrieval failures.

A lease-generation or fencing check at the final write can reject that stale owner. Have you tested responses that arrive after the claim timeout? One regression test I’d add at the client boundary is to assert the stable error code and diagnostic fields (for example, a request ID), not only the human-readable message. A fixture response can catch a refactor that leaves the text plausible but drops machine-readable context. Do you test the generated SDK as well as the live endpoint? I’d use both, but for different questions. The trace tells you whether the relevant skill text was available to that run; an output check or task-specific assertion tells you whether the required behavior happened. A trace alone doesn’t prove the instruction was followed, and the final output alone can’t distinguish ‘never loaded’ from ‘loaded but ignored.’ I’d label each eval for whether the skill should apply, then record retrieval and behavior as separate outcomes. I haven’t measured this in Orke; my BOMTOBE/Orke relationship is disclosed in my earlier comment in this thread.

A small model-upgrade regression set could preserve the reason for each rule: one task that once failed without it, the expected result, and any safety invariant. Rerun those same tasks against the old and new model; remove a line only after the replacement still passes. That makes the skill diff an auditable hypothesis rather than a cleanup based on one fresh demo.
Agreed—the reason should be visible, not collapsed into one ‘rejected’ count. For a downstream queue, the generation token only prevents a stale publish if the receiver checks it; otherwise an idempotency key or reconciliation step is still needed. Does the sample report track these rejection causes separately?
