What to do with legacy code? I have (almost) always have been part of the initiator group of developers of a product. It is the second time that I have to work on some inherited "thing" - some legacy. And I am not making any damn progress in any direction. Where to start? How to dismantle this thing into meaningful pieces? How to make "progress" - assuming it has any meaning in this context?
