Milica Maksimović Yes I've read his article too. As Mark mentioned, I also didn't find a clear distinction between these different types, because different people have different opinions. Talking about Sinon.js which I've been using for the past ~3 years, its stubs/spies/mocks share some of the functionality (especially spy and stub) and there's no clear distinction between the each of them. In my opinion, Sinon wouldn't be a good example to understand the difference between each of these terms. PS: Milica Maksimović I guess I already answered your question about the tools and languages 🙂 . I'm trying to find a generic software engineering definition (if exists 😁).
I'd like to see Golang and Kotlin in this list, they might not be as popular as the listed 5 but they are getting quite an attraction. Now, PHP is deteriorating fast. I mean, super-fast. The existing applications written in PHP will continue to last before being replaced by Node or something like that, and however, adopting PHP for new projects is not a trend.
Hi Sandeep, I intentionally excluded it from the feed by checking the box. This is a test post that I migrated from my original blog. Btw, What I wanted was to move my blog from https://jsblog.insiderattack.net to here, and set up a redirection from the original blog. But it seems like the post URL cannot be customized. So, the migration is not as trivial as I thought.
This is a great initiative. I am one of the early users who were lucky enough to get a medium publication on my domain, but I need to change the domain to something else. Medium support says that it is not possible, and I'm looking for a better alternative to move the content to a new domain while preserving all links to my previous articles. I hope this will satisfy my need, assuming that it's going to last long :)
