I agree with Kat. This absolutely brilliant post applies to most tech roles, particularly if you're remote. The questions you suggested to start building relationships are gold. On a side note, I have just a small observation. When you say, "I'm still earning to balance..." I think you meant, "I'm still learning to balance...".
