Some good tips in here. "The interview is a test, not a class" is a great thing to keep in mind. I've seldomly have erred in this explaining what something is 😬. I'll keep this in mind. Also, I think for the person conducting the interview, it's important to learn from each interview. So I'd say "The interview is a test for the candidate and a learning opportunity for you." 😅

Well put. Embracing the change and using everything available to us to just build sh*t. I'm a bit fan of laziness, give some plug and play that I can expand if I want to. Great article 👌.
