Yes, those are also some of the best options. I don't like React Native because of the Facebook's backing, they tend to change terms or licenses time to time. PWA is my favorite but most of the people are non-technical and they want to install something from Apple App Store or Android Play Store. I also like Xamarin Forms, but unfortunately I never used C#.

What about AWS Amplify? Why would you not recommend that instead? If you mean using it with Amplify, then why not DynamoDB?
