Yeah, I know most of what you've said, but can you update this post based on your knowledge to give another opinionated learning path?I'm new to Java eco, and since Java eco is so vast, I don't want to waste time on some outdated stuff like Spring, which has ~ 500 pages reference. Thanks.

@triptych @maruru I think Google is going to use Dart to replace Go and Java(Android), just like Apple uses Swift to replace Objective-C and is expanding into back-end development. JS is already a full-stack language. That's why I say "JS, Swift, Dart are must-learn programming languages".

I only tried it two or three times. Meteor definitely can save developers a lot of time. I think they are on a right path to be open and keep up with the latest trends of JS community, rather than stick to their proprietary solutions such as Blaze, Atmosphere. Since it's still going on transition, I would rather step back and wait until it reaches relative stability.
