It seems like they were quite prepared. I'd say the screenshots, especially the LinkedIn profile and messages look pretty convincing. Usually, scammers are sloppy, they don't use Calendly, and you can often spot things like odd punctuation in their comments. But these guys seem professional. One red flag for me is that I never do coding challenges before having at least one face-to-face video call. That filters out a lot of scammers.

I don't think that leaning a new programming language in one week is possible. When I say learning, I mean to understand the philosophy of the language and be able to write code functional code and be able to understand the code when you are reading it.

First of all I would like to recommend you to check out source code of Bitcoin and Litecoin. Bitcoin - Because it is the starting point of all the cryptocurrencies. Litecoin - The code quality is really high Definitely there are a lot of better project than Bitcoin and Litecoin, but these two are the best examples. If you would like to start writing ÐApps (Decentralized Applications), best way is to learn Solidity and use Truffle with it.

First of all it would be great if you understand how Bitcoin and Bitcoin's Blockchain works and after that you will have a solid understand of Blockchain and how it is different from traditional Server-Client architecture. Blockchain technology has absolutely changed my life. When I first understood its potential I realized that this technology would change the world and be the next internet. I am glad that I understood its potential not too late and still have the time to explore, learn every piece of this technology and become a blockchain expert in the near future.
