Nice approach Ammar Mirza !. We did evaluate using framer at the time when implementing but resorted to vanilla js since we didn't want to add one more additional dep. But the DX with framer is more intuitive ✨

That's a great writeup. How effective has this level system been since it's introduced in employee growth or has it been there always in place ?

Thanks Jannik Wempe the feeling is mutual 🙌. I usually go through my commits to have a sense of what all I did last year and then jot down some points in Apple notes. When I sit for writing the article, I expand on those headings based on what I remember.
