I know the Nginx approach outlined by Timo Herwix: https://tm-apex.hashnode.dev/how-to-configure-custom-urls-for-oracle-autonomous-database-using-nginx-and-lets-encrypt He also adds some specific HTTP Header rules. Are all the headers proxied correctly by Caddy?
