This is a nice article. Unfortunately I find this a bit complicated for people with a 9-to-5 job (which are still a lot). And I wish more and more companies would embrace the remote/no-schedule mindset so that they can get the most productive version of ourselves

I think it can be! Also how it helps to reduce complexity in terms of scalability, it can definitely be a good option to take into consideration.
