With my 4 years of experience in c# in 2011 my company ask me to study Ruby on Rails and start working on a project. I struggled for 2months with a pdf tutorial. I think there is no way as a rookie I can move forward with it and as a miracle I got Ryan along with Railscasts and from there there is no stopping and I start loving ROR and the gems.
