100% Mateo (and sorry for the late reply, I was caught up with work 😅)! While AI has brought on significant developments, we have to draw the line between what it can do by itself vs when human intervention is absolutely necessary. Whoever develops the agent has to be accountable not just for the positive impact, but for the fallout if it ever negatively affects anyone. By setting up a structure, strict workflows, and fallback mechanisms, it helps builds trust, not just with clients, customers, and employees, but also with the community at large.
