Are there any areas or fields where Python is useful other than Data Science?

What are they ?. i have knowledge of angularjs(with html, css) and python what kindof projects can i do with these languages.

Is Python considered good in performance vs other languages say C/C++ or JS ?

Is there any future, if I take Python as my core programming language and move on with my career?

What is the scope of survival with Python in future I.T industry ?

What backend language should I choose so that I could get a better understanding of data science?

Python or Ruby or any other language? Please tell me a good reason to stick with it.
