Bug: Saying emoji as a text in hashnode audio player 🗣️

I loved the awesome feature that I could get to hear articles instead of reading them. But, when it comes to emojis, like this 🙌 it is reading "Raised hads" I would say just to ignore emojis while reading them because it make discomfort to the reade...
