What are all the WebGL libraries out there, and which ones would be the best for a beginner?

I recently went to a conference and I saw some really cool WebGL demos over there. I've sort of wanted to get started on learning WebGL after that.

Yesterday I was trying to create a Regex for a condition. It took me nearly three hours to figure that out. Regex concepts are hard to wrap one's head around.​

Usually, in India, they start with C language. I think C is quite complicated​ for the beginners to get their head around. Lot of people lose motivation because of it and never write programs after that.

IMO, Alt is much simpler to use and maintain. If you prefer Redux over Alt, I would like to know why.

How does being event driven help Node.js have better performance than Java?

Does this mean, single thread with events and asynchronous nature is better than one thread per request model? I am not able to wrap my head around this concept from a long time. Any advice will be great!
