What are all the WebGL libraries out there, and which ones would be the best for a beginner?

I recently went to a conference and I saw some really cool WebGL demos over there. I've sort of wanted to get started on learning WebGL after that.

At university, we have briefly worked with Three.js which I can recommend because it has a reasonable learning curve for a 3D drawing framework.
