+1 Emil Moe I never experienced back pain but I had trouble with my forarm. It took me a really long time figuring out all the real costs of a sedentary lifestyle. Working out is surely not enough on its own but it can be key. Since I exercise a lot more, it strengthen the muscles and tendinous tissues and I feel a big difference, I feel a lot more resiliant in general. I'm not an expert, but in my experience there is clearly a "critical mass" of activity you need to perform to be in a good shape, and it is a lot more than you think. But the good news is exercising a lot has also more benefits than you think! Let's go :)
